EMPLOYMENT OF DISABLED PERSONS

Specific conditions and incentives for employment of disabled persons are regulated by the Law on Employment of Disabled Persons and the Regulation on the criteria and the allocation of funds from the Special Fund for provision of conditions for employment of disabled persons.

Within the available financial resources of the Special Fund, non-returnable funds are awarded for:

1. Permanent employment of disabled persons, for which 20 average monthly salaries are awarded for one employed person, or 40 average monthly salaries for persons in a wheelchair or completely blind persons;
2. Adaptation of the workplace, for which non-returnable amount of 100.000,00 MKD is awarded;
3. Purchase of equipment, for which up to 200 average salaries are awarded, according to the number of employed disabled persons and the reported capital and reserves in the credit rating;
4. Vocational training of disabled persons for employment.
