REDUNDANCY
When deregistering employment due to business reasons, the employer should submit:
- Decision on the number, i.e. the percentage (%) of workers whose employment shall be terminated due to business reasons and
- Notice of the occupation of the persons whose employment shall be terminated due to business reasons.
The documents are submitted through the registry office of the relevant employment center, at least 30 days, i.e. 60 days before their employment is terminated.
After the expiration of the deadline, the deregistration is performed by submitting:
- The Notice and the Decision (certified by the registry office);
- Decision on termination of employment (with signature of acceptance by the employee to whom it refers);
- Authorization of the authorized person with a list of persons being deregistered;
- M1/M2 electronic form printed from the system.
DEREGISTRATION OF EMPLOYMENT DUE TO BUSINESS REASONS AND TAKEOVER BY ANOTHER EMPLOYER
When deregistering employment due to business reasons and takeover by another employee, the following documents are required:
- Forms for dismissal due to business reasons, such as:
- Notice from the previous employer,
- Decision on termination of employment by the previous employer and
- Agreement on takeover, signed and certified by both employers,
- PPR form (by the new employer);
- Authorization of an authorized person with a list of persons being deregistered and
- M1/M2 electronic form printed from the system.
All necessary documents should be certified in the registry office of the employment center, and the deregistration of the employment with the previous employer, i.e. the registration of the employment with the new employer shall be done during the same day.
